Service 03 · AI-ready websites

A site that works while you sleep.

The site, the WhatsApp booking flow and the lead follow-up, built as one system. Strategy first, conversion-architected, shipped to production. You are reading one of mine right now.

01 · The premise

Most websites look the same because most agencies start in Figma. I start in plain English: who buys, what they fear, where they bounce, and what makes them click.

The gap between a cheap site and an expensive one is almost never in the visuals. It is in the strategy that comes before pixels, the conversion architecture baked into every section, the technical foundation under the hood, and the accountability when something breaks at 11pm. That is what I sell. The design just happens to be where you notice it.

Days 1–3

Strategy.

Discovery calls. Competitor audit. Audience research. Sitemap. Information hierarchy. Content outline. You see the strategic thinking before pixels happen.

Week 1–2

Design.

Visual direction in plain language. Typography. Palette. Motion principles. Two or three hero variants. Iterate against the strategy doc, not against vibes.

Week 2–3

Build.

Next.js 16 + Tailwind v4 + Framer Motion. Accessibility built in from day one. Performance budget enforced. CMS integrated. You see staging weekly.

Week 3

Ship.

Production deploy on Vercel. Real DNS. Real analytics. Real Lighthouse scores. Then a handover where your team learns how to update content without me.

02 · Fit

Built for a specific kind of operator. Saying no keeps the work good.

A fit if

  • 01Your current site is costing you leads and you can name three reasons why.
  • 02You have a real business with real revenue, not a side project.
  • 03You want strategy before pixels, and you will read a 10-page brief.
  • 04You want a site you can be proud of, not just one you can ship.

Not a fit if

  • 01You want the cheapest site in town, whatever it does.
  • 02You need it live tomorrow, before the words exist.
  • 03You are not the decision-maker on copy or strategy.
  • 04You measure design quality by how many animations are on the page.

03 · Investment

What will your site cost?

Answer a few questions and the estimate updates as you go. It's a range, not a fixed price: we confirm scope on a short call. 50% on kickoff, 50% at launch. Domain and hosting are billed at cost, in your name.

What should it bring you most?

What the money is for

You are not paying for the design. You are paying for the strategy that picks the words, the architecture that converts them, and the technical foundation that survives 11pm.
